Education – BM Vocal Performance from The Master’s College

Pricing – $35 for half an hour, $50 for forty-five minutes, and $65 for an hour

To encourage an appreciation for music. To make the study of music engaging, fulfilling. To help the student achieve his/her musical goals.

Voice lessons are tailored to the needs of the students and focus on performance & artistry, building a solid vocal technique, and note reading.

Consistent and correct practice is necessary for progress. The student must practice a minimum of 5 times a week for at least 15 minutes. Practice requirements will vary per student. Failure to practice will result in the student’s not advancing at the desired rate. Practice results in productive weekly lessons and demonstrates a willingness to learn and grow.

Payment & Pricing

$35 per 30-minute lesson

$50 per 45-minute lesson

$65 per 60-minute lesson

Payments may be made weekly at the start of the lesson or may be prepaid monthly at the first lesson of each month. Cash and checks made to Sara Owinyo are accepted.

Books and study materials are to be purchased by the student.

Cancellations & Make up Lessons

The lesson payment reserves a time slot in my schedule for the student. Please give me a 24-hr notice if canceling otherwise, you will be expected to pay for the missed lesson. Emergencies are the exception. If you miss a lesson, scheduling a make-up lesson is at my discretion.

In the event that I have to miss a lesson, I will notify you and schedule a make-fup lesson.

“Sara is hardworking and encouraging; when I want to give up – she won’t. Always has a strategy to improve any problem I have and answer all my questions, from helping me consistently practice to improving all my vocal technique. Consistently gives her best each minute of the lesson. Has met all my vocal needs and helps me overcome all my fears of performance. Thinks of and addresses all aspects of my music needs. This time has prepared me for my goals, and she listens to them, and works with them.” – Mary K.
